- For Arab passport holders, couples must present an official marriage certificate. Visitors of the opposite sex are not permitted unless they are first-degree relatives.

-No pets (not even cute pets) are allowed unless otherwise stated.

- Parties are prohibited (not even quiet parties).

- Please respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

-We offer free weekly housekeeping but daily housekeeping for an additional fee ($30).
