Al Rehab is a residential neighbourhood located in New Cairo east of Cairo Governorate, Egypt. It is the first integrated residential city established by the private sector in Egypt. Al-Rehab is located on the Suez desert road and 15 minutes from Nasr City and New Egypt.

The city is divided into 10 phases (neighbourhoods) each on 220 acres. The city is located on an area of 10 square kilometres and has a capacity of approximately 200 thousand people. Its implementation began in October 1997 and construction is ongoing, with four phases remaining to be completed. The owner of the project is Talat Mustafa Real Estate Group.

The city's population density rate in 2003 was about 85 individuals per acre compared to 600 in some areas of Cairo. The city has a wide green area, called the green city, and the city rises further from the sea level than Mount Mukattam in Cairo, increasing the rate of air currents that make the atmosphere much better than that of Cairo, especially at night.
