CHALET FOR SALE IN GOLF PORTO MARINA, AL ALAMEINA tourist resort from the resorts of the North Coast in Egypt. The resort is part of the Porto resort chain of Amer Holding Group, which began in June 2006 with the opening of Porto Marina within the tourist city of Marina on the North Coast.[ 1]
Project: Sales of the project began in August 2006 and the delivery of phase I units began in February 2008. The project occupies an area of one and a half million square meters south of the international coastal road that connects the cities of Alexandria and Marsi Matrouh. The resort is mainly concerned with family tourism, which is reflected in the great interest of children in the resort and is aimed at the middle and senior class of society. This project is considered one of the initiative projects to exploit the south of the international road, which does not directly overlook the Mediterranean Sea, but as soon as the idea was accepted by investors and the sale of many units in the project succeeded, many villages that were built or were established south of the coastal road appeared. The project consists of 9280 residential units in three phases that have been announced so far: the golf stage, which is the first and largest phase, and the Aqua Porto stage, which includes some water games, and the third of which is the golf valley stage, which is the stage that is next to the university to be established.
The project contains a commercial entertainment walkway consisting of 180 shops and restaurants and also contains a dancing fountain in the middle of the walkway that represents the icon of the project. Many shops still haven't opened. The project also contains a city for water games in which only a few water games have been completed. It was planned to establish a university in the name of the University of Alamein in the last phase of the project and was supposed to be opened in September 2011, but it has not yet been worked on for economic reasons and problems in investment in light of the political instability witnessed by Egypt since the January 25 revolution, although a memorandum of cooperation with the University of California has been established to sponsor this university.
