In a fruitful collaboration between the Saudi Egyptian Company for Urban Development and the Urban Communities Authority, the Arabesque project has been established promising to redefine urban living in Old Cairo. Arabesque, a 950-acre development, is set to become a shining jewel on the urban landscape of Cairo. Nestled right in front of the historic Cairo Citadel Aqueduct, Magra Al Eyoon, and with direct access to Salah Salem Street, Arabesque is poised to breathe new life into the legendary Fatimid district of Cairo.

The first phase of Al Fostat project extends over 71 acres including residential buildings. In addition, there are 16 acres dedicated to tourism area and entertainment facilities including a theater, fountains, cinemas, a Hilton hotel, commercial areas, and an underground parking garage with a capacity of 1,400 vehicles, in addition to a scenic promenade for tourists.

As a part of the larger project masterplan, the Arabesque masterplan by SED Developments is located in the prestigious larger project masterplan of El Fustat.
