In addition, it is in proximity to Fustat Park, Fusts Mosque, Souq Al Fustat Cairo, Fustat Ceramics Center, and the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization in Fustat. So, this very spot of El Fostat occupies the historic imprint of Fatimid Cairo, known for its rich cultural heritage.

The first phase of Al Fostat project extends over 71 acres including residential buildings. In addition, there are 16 acres dedicated to tourism area and entertainment facilities including a theater, fountains, cinemas, a Hilton hotel, commercial areas, and an underground parking garage with a capacity of 1,400 vehicles, in addition to a scenic promenade for tourists.
