PhD Researcher in Business Administration, holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing Management, and a Diploma in Real Estate Expertise from Ain Shams University. I am also a Certified Real Estate Valuation Expert accredited by the Real Estate Valuation Center at Cairo University, in addition to completing accredited professional programs in Asset Valuation, Feasibility Studies, and Project Management issued by the Financial Regulatory Authority.
I possess over 20 years of hands-on professional experience in real estate investment, real estate valuation, real estate brokerage, and project marketing and management within the Egyptian and Arab real estate markets. I have a strong professional track record in delivering specialized consultancy services and enhancing sales and marketing performance for both companies and individuals.
I have provided more than 250 real estate and investment consultations to clients inside and outside Egypt, contributing to informed selling, purchasing, and investment decisions through professional analysis and asset valuation in accordance with recognized standards. I also have extensive experience in reviewing and drafting contracts, as well as handling real estate registration procedures and property ownership transfer.
Alongside my consultancy work, I serve as a lecturer and professional trainer in Business Administration, Principles of Marketing, Real Estate Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Real Estate Valuation, and Strategic Management, with a strong focus on applied content and bridging academic knowledge with labor market needs.
In addition, I am a real estate content creator across social media platforms, followed by more than 150,000 followers, with content exceeding 20 million views. Through this content, I provide simplified real estate and investment awareness grounded in practical experience.
