The new design strategy joins a cylindrical core that brings together all the common services, the four-storey petal-shaped areas fit into the free work space, the building envelope is composed of a structural glass layer with a screen of water running from the outside,
The water flows and exits into a reflecting pool that surrounds the building on all sides. Access to the building is via a bridge that passes over the pool. The amount of water flowing over the glass is controlled according to the intensity of sunlight that falls on the facade of the building. The water is then recycled through the central core. For the roof building, it is then released to descend onto the envelope again to allow light to filter into the space creating a calm atmosphere ideal for working. This design is centered on employing new technology along with environmental awareness integrated into the building design systems to ensure the high quality of the project and energy conservation.
