Description

Egyptian developer Capital Hills Developments will start construction of its 1-billion Egyptian pound ($33 million) East Point 1 Mall project in New Cairo by the end of 2023, the company Chairman said.

Mohamed Salah told Zawya Projects that the four-storey mall will incorporate stores and offices with construction scheduled to start by the end of 2023 and complete by the end of 2025.

He said the project, spread over an area of 2,582 square metres, is located in the Fifth Settlement.

IEC is the main consultant while EFS will manage and maintain the project.

General Manager Ahmed Salah said the company will spend EGP 6 billion ($195 million) for construction in 2023 distributed across five projects.

Capital Hills Development is building Point 9, Point 11, and Park Point in the New Administrative Capital and Park Yard and Win Plaza in Sixth of October City.
