Stone Street

Stone Street is part of "The Stone Development" which is a large development at New Cairo strategically located on the Ring Road, consisting of two residential compounds: Stone Park (already developed) villas and town houses, Stone Street apartment buildings, and Stone Towers office park by Zaha Hadid.

Creating a unique experience for each user throughout a promenade that travels 2 kilometers linking all project components together, and ending with the 5 stars Hotel.

On one side along the promenade runs the river, providing a soothing presence of water framing a charming panoramic view of New Cairo, and from the other side extends the retail strip that branches out to 12 piazzas, each is designed differently giving each piazza its own identity.

Occupying a prime position at New Cairo, Stone Street is located at the South of New Cairo, directly off the Ring Road.

The design concept of administrative buildings is based on three main elements; the front court yard, the X shape, and the facade .
