About the project
In VEE MUROJ we build together the future initiative under the supervision of the Engineering Authority of the egyptian Armed Forces in cooperation with the private sector It is located at the entrance to the city of Alexandria from the Smouha area, with an area of 182 feddans and a capacity of 11,000 apartments of various levels between connected villas, stand alone villas, and apartments of different sizes.
The project includes a hotel, gymnasium, social club, administration towers, and places of worship.
The city also includes a specialized hospital and international schools for all educational levels, as well as areas for commercial activities with an area of about 250,000 square meters.
Note that the careful study of the standards and planning, architectural and construction requirements for parking places in accordance with the Egyptian Code and the safety requirements of multi-purpose facilities has been taken into consideration
