Terms and Conditions

  1. This competition is promoted and run by Property Finder FZ-LLC, a freezone limited liability company, with commercial license number 16330, and having its registered address at 1509, Floor 15, Al Shatha Tower, Dubai United Arab Emirates (hereinafter “Property Finder”);
  2. Outstanding Agent is a competition that recognises top performing real estate professionals, who are exceeding their targets.
  3. By entering this competition, you acknowledge that you have read and subsequently accept all the provisions set forth herein this agreement (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”).
  4. This competition shall run from the 1st day of the quarter to the end of the quarter, which is the term of entry.
  5. In order to enter the competition, real estate agents or on their behalf an employee within their Company, must complete the online form and share their proof of sale transactions in the form of Sales Purchase Agreement(s). The proof of transactions must be approved by the relevant employee at Property Finder.
  6. Entry is only open to paying clients Property Finder in the United Arab Emirates, who are not in financial or legal bad standing with Property Finder. Bad standing shall be defined as having any outstanding payments due, or in otherwise in violation of any contractual terms with Property Finder.
  7. The entrant(s) must be aged 18 or over and possess a valid Emirates ID. Proof of the same could be required in order to collect the Prize.
  8. The prize announcement is on the first month of following quarter. There will be six winners per quarter for every quarter of the year (provided that there is a winning entry for each category). Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be selected by the Property Finder commitee.
  9. The prize is limited to ONE trophy per winner, provided at the sole discretion of Property Finder.
  10. Any winner(s) of a Prize awarded as part of this Competition, shall be excluded from consideration of any further Outstanding Agent prizes under this same Competition for the same Gregorian calendar year.
  11. The award of the Prize is not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  12. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s) via phone or email which they must reply and acknowledge to within 5 calendar days. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or are unable to comply with these Terms and Conditions, Property Finder reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn, selected based on criteria to be considered, an outstanding performance.
  13. Failure to collect the prize, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
  14. A photograph of the winner(s) will be shared on Property Finders social media platform. If the winner(s) for any reason do not consent to this, they must inform Property Finder at the time of collecting the Prize.
  15. The Competition may be modified at any time at Property Finder’s discretion.
  16. You hereby acknowledge and accept that if you have been awarded any Prize, and have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions, that you shall return the Prize within 5 business days to Property Finder.
  17. You hereby acknowledge and accept that failure to comply with the provisions of Clause 14 of these Terms and Conditions shall make you liable for liquidated damages in the amount of AED 1,000.
  18. This Contract is subject to and governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“the DIFC”).
  19. Any dispute, difference, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this contract with a claimed amount of AED 1,000,000 or less, including (but not limited to) any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, discharge and applicable remedies, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Small Claims Tribunal of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“the DIFC SCT”).
  20. Any further dispute, difference, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including (but not limited to) any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, discharge, and applicable remedies, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“the DIFC Courts”).
  21. If any term of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes for any reason invalid or unenforceable at law, the validity and enforceability of the remainder will not be affected.
