About the project

Style Home Development Company built its new project, The Icon Residence 2 in New Cairo, to have a unique iconic design, from green areas to residential buildings and entertainment venues.

The project covers an area of 30,000 square meters in New Cairo, and it is close to a number of the most important landmarks in the area, such as: the American University, Teseen Street, Katameya Dunes Compound, and the Royal Sports Club. The project also includes 282 residential units consisting of apartments, duplexes, and penthouses.

The buildings within the project do not exceed an area of 20%, with 78% of the compound's area allocated to green spaces and natural areas, with attention to include a play area for children, as well as commercial buildings, shops, restaurants, a gym, pharmacies, and a hypermarket.

Style Home Development Company is executing the residential complex of The Icon Residence 2. It was established in 2002 and was able to implement more than 500,000 square meters of residential and commercial spaces.
