About the project
One of the elements of attracting customers and investors to any residential project is its design.
The developer of Monark Mostakbal City Compound has worked to make the project an architectural masterpiece among the residential projects in the region.
It sought the help of a large group of engineering experts and consultants, including engineer Yasser El-Beltagy, owner of the rich YBA company. By definition, as he developed the best engineering plans for the compound according to international standards that mimic European cities in luxury and sophistication,
the units were designed from the outside with the best types of construction that are resistant to erosion factors and natural disasters, in colors consistent with the charming nature surrounding the project, including green spaces and water bodies.
