About the project
The Plateau is a vibrant new neighbourhood covering the top of the fifth district of New Cairo, targeting young and motivated residents who aim to make the most of their daily lives. The units in the Plateau are designed with an effective approach that makes the most of the space while providing fully functional living spaces with fun views. The concept of efficiency extends beyond the confines of apartments; Give buildings with minimal common areas.
The fifth zone was developed by centres, and will be in the centre of New Cairo, within the planned 13,000-acre southern stretch of New Cairo. Located on the Cairo-Ain Sokhna Highway, District 5 connects to the Red Sea.
