La Vista Gardens is one of the huge projects carried out by La Vista Developments. It is located in El Ain El Sokhna and is specifically 152 kilometers away from Cairo, on 180 acres. La Vista Gardens Sokhna is directly located in front of the Red Sea, with a depth of 1800 meters.

La Vista Gardens was carried out by La Vista Developments, which is considered one of the pioneers of real estate investment and development companies and has many real estate projects. The company was founded in 1991 and relies on a specialized team of engineers and architects, in addition to landscape designers.

La Vista Gardens Resort is located in El Ain El Sokhna, 152 kilometers away from the Cairo Downtown, and lies next to many mega projects in the area, as it is located in a middle area between El Ain El Sokhna and Zafarana, 24 kilometers away from Zafarana, 51 kilometers from El Ain El Sokhna, and 95 kilometers away from Suez city.

La Vista Gardens Resort is designed in the form of 6 terraces that descend towards the beach, across a thousand-meter long beach. About 20% of the total area of the project was allocated for buildings, while the remaining space was allocated to green spaces, gardens, and trees that intersperse these spaces to grant residents an enjoyable walking throughout the resort, as well as privacy.

Swimming pools were also distributed across the resort in different sizes suitable for all age classes, while providing the finest services around it, including seats, umbrellas, drinks, games, and beach activities.
