Park Lane

"Park Lane" compound is designed in the style of high-end classic Dutch buildings, but with an oriental touch and based on its Dutch style, it was named after one of the most important major streets in the Netherlands.

This site was selected by tEl Attal Holding with the utmost accuracy because it has many features, most notably its view of the main street in the seventh residential neighborhood, which is the least dense neighborhood in the Administrative Capital and on the southern axis of Mohammed bin Zayed, which is the lifeblood of the Administrative Capital and the link between it and the surrounding cities.
