Ciervo has investment potential driven by its location and land planning. It sits near Wahat Road and Fayoum Road with direct access to 26th of July Axis and Alexandria Desert Road, which improves daily mobility and regional connectivity. The project is 7 minutes from Nile University, 15 minutes from October University, and 12 minutes from Juhayna Square, which supports consistent rental demand from students and staff.

The development extends over 5 feddans with a layout that prioritizes open green areas and a natural reserve, reducing building density and increasing open space ratio. Ciervo’s starting price is 14,500,000 EGP. This is the minimum purchase price for available units in the project, before adding any optional upgrades, fees, or additional features.

Ciervo is developed and owned by EDIC, the entity responsible for the project’s full development cycle. EDIC manages planning, design execution, construction supervision, and final delivery, ensuring that Ciervo is implemented according to its defined residential concept and development specifications.

Ciervo is scheduled for delivery in 2029. All units within the project are planned to be handed over during that year, according to the development timeline set for construction completion and final finishing stages.
