    About the project

    Sierra project is located in the Green Belt area at Gate 1 of Dahshur Road, with an area of 42,000 square meters. The project consists of 70 villas (Standalones, Twin Houses, Townhouses) of different sizes, a mosque (for men and women) with a capacity of 100 people, a clubhouse, green spaces, pergolas, a kids play area, and areas of water features exceeding 250 square meters inside fences configuring 13 meters wide and 5 meters high for the entrance, with electronic gates controlled by security and control rooms.


    Inside the compound, there are 3 tracks for walking and running within green areas and water features. The project is in a contemporary architecture style that appears distinctive and different from all projects in the region, especially in 6th of October City. The villa consists of a basement, ground floor, first floor, and roof rooms with a private bathroom.


    The basement overlooks directly onto the back gardens, at a level 1.5 cm higher than the garden, and contains a terrace with an area of no less than 18 m², green spaces and paving, with the possibility of creating a swimming pool with an area of 30 m² and pergolas. There is no possibility of creating an elevator (preferably hydraulic) between the floors (basement-ground-first-roof). There is a surface garage inside the villa that can accommodate 3 cars.
