About the project
Waterfront is a new development by Seif Group, over an area of 120,000 m2, featuring 7 high-rise towers with various residential units, a ground-floor recreational area, a -2 floor podium equipped with a multitude of high-end retail brands and a garage situated on the ground floor of the podium and an underground level, below the podium.
