Zizinia El Mostakbal is part of Mostakbal City, and is the latest project by Ardic Egypt, who have completed previous projects in the area including:

Zizinia El Mostakbal is located on the Ring Road, before Madinaty, and close to the New Capital City. It is also close to Cairo – Suez Road, which makes it less than an hour’s drive away from Al Ain Al Sokhna.
Zizinia El Mostakbal has an area of 70 acres with a length of 1 kilometer, and a building area of only 20% of its total area, while the rest of the area is made up of green areas.

Payment Method and Delivery Date
