Beach Town Prices:

  • Junior Apartment: prices start from EGP 2,900,000 and reach up to EGP 3,100,000 depending on the view
  • Superior apartment: prices start from EGP 3,700,000 and reach up to EGP 4,300,000 depending on the view

Selection Prices:

  • Town Home: prices start from EGP 7,000,000
  • Town Villa: prices start from EGP 8,000,000
  • Standalone Villa: prices start from EGP 10,000,000 and rise the closer the unit is to the sea, units that are located directly at the beach reach up to EGP 40,000,000

Payment Method and Delivery Date

For Beach Town Units, a 10% down payment from the whole price is paid at the beginning, and the rest is paid in installments upon 6 years, then another 10% is to be paid after 3 years. Unit delivery is in 2020.

As for Selection Units, delivery is in 2024.
