with a total area of 653 acres.
Jefaira is divided into several compounds to ensure a high level of privacy.
Each compound has its own gate and dedicated swimming pools serving the units within each zone.

A 40-acre linear park runs through the development.

The beachfront extends over 2.6 km of sandy beach,
offering exceptional privacy even during peak seasons.
The master plan was developed by 10 Design, one of the world’s leading design firms based in the UK,
specialized in coastal city development with a global portfolio including projects in California (USA), Abu Dhabi (UAE), Singapore, China, and others.
The long-term development plan aims to integrate additional services and infrastructure,
positioning Jefaira to become a fully integrated coastal city.
